Course Description

Seminar if Finance is elective course for students who want to concentrate their study at finance field. The aim of this course is to explore the most important theoritical concepts in the field of corporate finance, and then to examine whether these theories have been supported by empirical evidence. After exploring these theories students will have comprehensive understanding about the corporate finance theory that will be used to develope the research proposal.
